The handcuff portion of these is the model 1900 leg irons on a small chain so they will not work with smaller people. The normal 1850 will though.
Do they go down to a small size too? Like if you have a small stature person, will these still work? Or will they only work for a larger size person? Thanks! Smith & Wesson Model 1851 Oversized Transport Restraint
